8G FCoE & GbE iSCSI MULTIPROTOKOLL SAN Raid Systeme
Die jüngste Serie der Qsan 8Gb FCoE & IP SAN Redundante Raid Speichersysteme.
Ausgestattet mit 4 x 8 Gb FCoE und 4 x GbE iSCSI Ports sowie mit Unterstützung von 6Gb SAS/SATA Festplattenlaufwerke setzen die Systeme der FE600Q Serie neue Maßstäbe hinsichtlich Datendurchsatz, Redundanz, Zuverlässigkeit und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Es werden Datentransferraten bis zu 4000MB/sec. bzw. bis 780K IOPs erreicht. Damit können eine Vielzahl von datenintensiven Applikationen, auch in größeren Unternehmen, zufriedenstellend bedient werden.
Der Preis ist dennoch erschwinglich, so dass auch kleinere und mittlere Unternehmen sich den Komfort eines solch hoch performanten 8Gb FCoE & IP SAN Speichersystems leisten sollten.
Die FE600Q FCoE/IPSAN Speichersysteme von Qsan sind für Hochleistungsserver- umgebung als auch hoch skalierte Virtualisierungskonfigurationen gleichermaßen geeignet.
Eine "No Point of single Failure" Architektur wird durch eine Array-basierende Remote-Replication Funktion Qreplica sinnvoll ergänzt. Ideale Voraussetzungen für einen Einsatz vieler Arten von Cloud-Service Applikationen.
Weitere Funktionen wie Snapshot, MS Windows VSS Support, Volume-Cloning, Qreplica gehören zu den Standard-Austattungsmerkmalen der FE600Q-Serie.

- Sie sind vollständig mit redundanten Komponenten, einschließlich redundanten RAID-Controller, Stromversorgungen, Lüfter Module, Batterie- backup-Module und SAS JBOD-Erweiterungs-Ports ausgestattet.
- Alle diese Komponenten sind hot-swap fähig und stellen so eine Plattform für hohe Verfügbarkeit und Nonstop-Dienste bereit.
- Besondere Merkmale sind RAID 6, 60 Support, QSnap beschreibbare Snapshots, Windows VSS-Unterstützung und Volume-Konfiguration- Restauration. Alle diese Eigenschaften gewähren einen zusätzlichen Schutz der gespeicherten Daten.
- Die Möglichkeit durch den Active/Active Betriebsmodus einen Firmwareupdate ohne Systemneustart durchführen zu können, legt die Messlatte nochmals höher.
- Firmware-Image und Volume-Handling sind durch die redundanten RAID- Controller bestens geschützt. Sollte einer dieser Controller ausgefallen oder dessen Verbindung unterbrochen werden, übernimmt der verbliebene RAID- Controller alle Aufgaben sofort und nahtlos ohne jegliche Systemwahrneh- mung. Nach Austausch des defekten Controllers stellt sich ein FE600Q System selbständig wieder auf die Ursprungskonfiguration (Auto-Fall-Back) ein.

The optimized IOPS and throughput are capable of providing run-time critical online services, such as Cloud storage, SQL, Exchange, and high-end surveillance storages. Furthermore, with the FCoE/iSCSI interface, FE600Q is ideal for virtualization environments - VMWare, Hyper-V, and Citrix. Users can install up to 128 OSes in the FCoE system through the Boot-from-SAN feature. With this feature, the multiple OSes/Servers can be managed easily and well protected by Qsan’s advanced data protection features, and there will be no system downtime caused by single point of failure.

- All FE600Q system has Qsan’s default power saving feature. In most cases, the hard drives consume most power. With the auto disk spin down feature and proper configuration, the power consumption of hard drives can be reduced to a minimum, and users will not even notice this feature.
- FE600Q monitors the environment temperature for cooling mechanism and the fan modules respond accordingly.
- The power supply modules are all 80 PLUS power efficient for better power converting rate.
